Our son absolutely loves going to this daycare everyday! We are very thankful for the director, entire team for their dedication and kindness. It is truly a nurturing and positive environment. We highly recommend this daycare to any family looking for a caring and supportive place for their child.
After over a year of giving this place a try, they can't provide a safe place for my daughter. We tried so hard to love it and make it work - but we moved to somewhere nearby, cheaper, better. Packs and packs of staff keep quitting and its not safe for kids right now IMO. They are crying at drop off nonstop because their favorite teachers continue to quit and they never get a feeling of safety or comfort. It's not good now. I hope their corporate leadership can step in and save this place.
I’m really happy with the professionalism and compassion that I experienced at KinderCare. While this didn’t ultimately end up being a fit for my son, it was because for personal reasons. The staff were kind, welcoming, and understanding as we worked through those challenges. It’s easy for a business to look at our situation and hold your feet to the fire. My husband and I enrolled our 5 month old baby boy at the Shoreline Ballinger KinderCare in April of 2024, and we could not be happier with the quality of care from the team. The director and teachers are extremely communicative and responsive and really care about the well being of the kids. My little one goes in and comes home with a smile on his face everyday; I would highly recommend this daycare to anyone in search of one!
Very great location. We’re love the updates throughout the day and are glad they take good care of our daughter.
