I’m really happy with the professionalism and compassion that I experienced at KinderCare. While this didn’t ultimately end up being a fit for my son, it was because for personal reasons. My husband and I enrolled our 5 month old baby boy at the Shoreline Ballinger KinderCare in April of 2024, and we could not be happier with the quality of care from the team. The director and teachers are extremely communicative and responsive and really care about the well being of the kids. My little one goes in and comes home with a smile on his face everyday; I would highly recommend this daycare to anyone in search of one!

I think everyone considering this daycare should be aware that management has changed and that you should now take the prior negative reviews with a grain of salt. The old director left several months ago and has been replaced with Jill Whitehouse. This has been such a positive change!!! Prior to this, we had tons of issues with how the previous director ran things. She was incompetent and unprofessional as others have mentioned.
