I have lived here 6 years and have been so impressed with the fiscal planning and care that goes into the upkeep.
Beware of buying a condo here… the “HOA” president and her boyfriend will make your life a living hell. They run a dictatorship. Think the pool is nice? Well they have cameras everywhere and have no lives! Minor infraction? They will put a lien on your condo. You can’t even get an accounting as to what your dues actually go to.
