Appalling service. Spent $2500 having a hybrid battery replaced in my Toyota Prius and it broke down the day after I drove away. Brought it back in and waited around for 2 hours and they claimed it had been due to a loose connection. Drove away and within a few days the electrical system played up with the car doors locking and unlocking by themselves every 20 seconds. Absolutely appalled at the poor service and blatant lack of authentic care. Spent $2500 getting a hybrid battery replaced in my Toyota Prius and the day after it broke down with emergency lights flashing and strange beeping noises. Brought it back in to them and waited and waited around. They claimed to find a loose connection in their wiring.
