Never again! Pool Built by Ballina Pool Shop. Rio poking out of peblecrete after 6 years. Was assured they would repair it and "look after us" 12 months later nothing repaired, no response after several attempts and they then suggested someone else to repair their poor work at our cost. Would definitely not recommend them.

Do yourself a favour and ask around before signing contract with these guys. They showed no apparent interest in delivering good finished product, doing work in reasonable timeframes and even less in giving good service. They don't come to site at any stage to check the work of the subbies they get down so you get what you get and any checking/managing of work will need to be by you. Friendly service. Test for both pool and spa. A good range of chemicals to be purchased. Easy parking. Has it's own car park.

Ballina Pool Shop has built the most amazing pool and spa for our new home. We’re over the moon. From planning through to construction and after sales service, the whole experience has been 10/10. Ongoing service is so professional and easy. Thanks guys.
