Excellent experience at Ballina Emergency Department. I was triaged quickly, tests were taken promptly. The efficiency was impressive, especially given how busy emergency departments can be. The staff, including Caitlyn, nurse Angela, the student doctor and the doctor, were professional, calm and genuinely compassionate throughout. The atmosphere felt organised and respectful, which makes a huge difference when you’re unwell. Thanks legends.

A big thankyou to all the doctors & lovely nurses at the emergency department when I arrived via ambulance after falling unconscious. The paramedics were great too! My care was exceptional.

Triaged in minutes….rather long wait to be seen by Dr, but cannot speak highly enough of Jess and how thorough she was…..and she does it all with a smile on her face, under enormous pressure - such professionalism. Thank you Jess for your care, time and attention today.

I attended the Ballina emergency tonight with severe pain in the left side of my face mainly around my nose at 11pm. When I finally got seen by the doctor he tapped on my molars and said I don't see any signs of infection and he's not a dental professional so he couldn't do anything. I asked if he could do anything for the pain and yet again he said he's not a dental professional so he couldn't do anything.
