Came here with my girlfriend while she thought she broke her wrist and the lady at the front counter is extremely rude with a condescending tone. People behind us was a older man and told them they should've went to Lismore instead of here even tho he called and asked about where to go. Which is pretty unacceptable when no one wants to be here in the first place. The people in the back was nice tho

Thank you to Ballina Hospital, the staff are constantly amazing. Big shout out to ‘Mouse’ for making a semi stressful situation, calm and comforting. The whole team on this evening were wonderful. The Telehealth system was amazing too.
thought of addiction / drug dealer?? No tapering of medication after 5yrs put in mental health that night picked up No walking Aids, No medication , No cloths then released and told sorry ??
