I had a $300 credit to spend at this store but they had nothing in my size that I required on the first visit. Several more visits with no result due to a combination of no stock and staff unable or unwilling to assist. A final visit to collect a single pair of boots valued at $154, again staff unable to assist and finally Caroline refusing to process the sale.
