We were on a quick round trip from Victoria and we had electrical problems. When other companies were not interested in seeing us, Ramona told us to "come in that morning and we will get it sorted" and it was promptly sorted. we were very fortunate and grateful to have called them. Great service called in to have Anderson plug and some wiring replaced, they were busy but managed to fit me in, and before long on our way

First time having to get the interlock serviced outside of my old usual guy. I had to put a review as the service from the moment they answered the phone to saying goodbye after the monthly service. Mind you. The mechs were toiling away and the young lady Ruby who I dealt with had a whole heap of info I'd never been told by anyone at smartstart or my old mechanics. She also managed me while 2 walk in customers popped in. Seemed like water off a ducks back for her. Invaluable employee & great company on first impression :)
