We went to Ballew's in Collierville, TN and I was so impressed with Suzannah. Not only did she make my daughter feel as if she was the only Bride in the place, she was very knowledgeable, attentive, accomadating and fun to work with. She made me feel very special being the mother of the bride as well. Good customer service has become such lost art in businesses, as we visited David's Bridal and that proved to be a "serve yourself" type of experience. Got my perfect dress at Ballew! – I thought I was going to have a hard time picking out just the right dress and I also thought I would have to visit multiple places in order to find the right one...I was so wrong. Ballew is the only place I should have visited. This can be your first and last stop! – As a mother of the bride we made the trip to Lowe's in Brinkley Ark., which was a nice drive and a lovely store to visit, but the thought of dealing with a dress store totally in another state and having to drive back for alterations made us decide against this store. David's Bridal was essentially serve yourself with lots of babies in diapers crawling on the floor, etc. We were very put off by the atmosphere of that store.
