DO NOT SHOP HERE! My friend recently went for her first bridal fitting. Her experience was nothing short of an absolute nightmare . The sales woman was dismissive, made her feel awful and she ended up leaving the store in tears. Needless to say, she did not purchase from this place. Would not recommend this store to anyone. I was so pleased with the service I received at both of my appointments! I can't wait to walk down the aisle in my beautiful dress from Ballet's!
Went with my daughter today to look for a wedding dress. I was quite disappointed in the experience. The sales lady was stuck to her one hour time frame. Ten minutes prior to the end, she was like it's time to wrap up. If you want another appointment we can book. The vibe was off, gave no real opinion, or offered anything to help. She was just in rushing the appointment... We ended up going somewhere else, and the experience was so different...My daughter bought her dress somewhere else.
2 weeks ago, my daughter had an appointment for her 1st dress fitting. She was told she would have 1 hour and she chose 8 dresses. When we arrived, we were told we had to go upstairs ( no one told her there were stairs). What if someone had been in a wheelchair? Anyways. Out of the 8 dresses she chose, they only had 3, so we chose about 8 more.... the woman who I can not remember her name did not assist my daughter in the dressing room as she should have, it was very hot in the area in which we were sitting and were the chan... read more
My fiance has had an appointment here to get a wedding dress for months, then today about a month from the appointment they message CANCELLING her appointment with no reasoning and no other time frame to make one. This is beyond terrible customer service and such a let down before an exciting time in our lives. 0/10. Do NOT rely on these folks.
