Had a barre class with Marissa and I was the only person booked in, she took time to go through every move and fundamental in so much detail, she is so patient and fun. such a good experience!!

Ballet Beats classes aren’t just about full-body, sweat-inducing, dance-based workouts—they’re so much more. They offer an experience and a true sense of connection. I’ve taken mostly virtual Barre classes with a few in-person Barre, Beats and Lift sessions while in Calgary, and every class has been incredible.
