Joey and crew came to tame a jungle in my yard from all the overgrown landscaping. They returned the yard to its original state in only one day. I can’t say enough praise about how pleased I am with their work.
I’m late posting but I have to give credit where it’s due. Ballentine Tree Service came out after Hurricane Helen and a tree fell on the back of the house damaging the sunroom. They were able to fit us in even though I told them to take care of those who were worse off than us. It only took a few hours and when they were done it was like nothing had happened because they cleaned up so well. I highly recommend them if you need a tree removal or just cutting down branches. Lost a tree due to last week’s storms. They came Sunday and took the rest of the tree down. I have perennial flower beds and Mr. Joe was very careful to protect my beds!
Ballentine Tree has been our go-to tree service for several years. We have them out annually to assess our trees, and they are one of our first calls after any storm if any branches need to be safely removed. Reasonably priced, clear communication, and they always leave everything pristine. Highly recommend!
I would not do business with this company. I hired them to take down a bunch of trees, trim a bunch of trees, grind stumps, and then smooth out the ground beneath. I made the final payment (at their request) three months ago and they still have not finished the job (maybe 15% of the job remaining). In fact, their skid steer is still sitting in my backyard with vines growing on it. They are not returning any phone calls, text messages or emails.
