Top 3 things I loved: 1) Their knowledgeable and expert staff who answered all my questions, 2) The comfortable and kind atmosphere that made me feel relaxed, 3) Clear communication and easy scheduling, even when I needed a same day crown. "Are you an in-network provider with my new dental insurance?" I am an existing patient, and I provided my card as soon as I walked in the door yesterday morning. I'm not sure why staff couldn't answer this question on the spot when I arrived for my appointment. I hoped I would have an answer by the time the hygienist asked me to reschedule - but I did not. I still haven't received a call to answer my question by late afternoon today. Why is this a complicated question to answer? You lost a patient.
I am a lifelong patient here. The office staff is always friendly and helpful, and Erica + Dr. Ballenger have always done a fantastic job. I would recommend to anyone and will keep coming back.
