I am a concerned party and investigating into actions that are currently happening at Nanaimo Affordable Housing (NAHS) and one of their Tenancy Complexes located at 2104 Bowen RD. During my investigation I was given the opportunity to read a document called the “Tenant Agreement Terms”. They just don’t get back to you, tried several attempts
been Living with NAHS since 2000, everything was fine - I pay my rent on time never had any issues until BC housing got a hold of it. Now I am a problem tenant because I am disable, have cancer and they want me out! They tried to evict me for putting a note on a tenants door which failed, now that I have Cancer and going through Chemo they are trying "Stress Eviction" with bullying and mental abuse.
