Absolute WORST! Called them in September of 2023 about my bill. They told me (and this is even noted on my account with them) to disregard the bill I received as they hadn't submitted it to my insurance yet. They were to call me once they did hear so I could pay the correct amount. I hear nothing from them until I receive a letter from a collection agency. Absolutely worst place to deal with on billing. I called after receiving a call from a collection agency. I went back through and found I did receive 1 bill but that was it until I received a final notice bill the day after collections called me. Called and spoke with office about pulling the billing back from collections and paying them in full which is only $76 and some change. I have a letter from BJC that says I'm 100% for services at their hospital. I had a service 12/2021. I was never informed my anesthesiologist was not from the hospital. Nor was I informed I would be receiving a bill. Months after my procedure, I received a bill. I sent them the letter from BJC and called them. I was told that they are separate from BJC. Had I known they were separate from BJC I would have refused treatment. After explaining this to them, I heard nothing more. Then about a month ago they sent me a bill again ... read more

Got a very suspicious vague automated voicemail that seemed like spam for amount due and the next thing I know they sent it to the collection agency without a human bothering to call or try sending a reminder notice! awful business practice.
