Filing a complaint with the Attorney General about this business. Never received a bill from them for the birth of my daughter in Dec 2023. Then got notified I'd been sent to collections in March of 2026. Same story as everyone else on here - can't get ahold of anyone to talk to about this bill.
After receiving several texts and calls from a collection agency I finally got the debt erased. I contacted my insurance company who also contacted collection agency and kept filing a dispute with the bill and threatened to get a lawyer.
Never been to this hospital but got a texts saying I owe Ballas Anesthesia Inc 960 dollars from collection Don't know how they got my information but I'm not paying.
Never receives a bill and 3 years later receive invoice from collection agency after a phone call from said collection agency. Will be reporting the. To BBB
Tried calling the number that is listed on Google and it goes to someone's personal vm. She lists a several numbers to call for billing, care, etc. All are disconnected. They sent a bill to collections this month from a birth of 2.5 years ago that they never billed to me or to insurance. UHC has tried to contact them and can't get ahold of them because if the phone number issue I listed above. My deductible and max oop were hit 6 months before birth and everything was covered 100%. These people are absolute criminal.
