I had a very disappointing experience with Ballards Diesel Service. We brought our vehicle in for an air leak issue and were charged $150 just for diagnosis. Without clearly getting our approval, they proceeded to remove and reinstall the airbags, then billed us $330 for removal and another $330 for installation. At no point were we properly informed about the full cost or asked for clear authorization before the work was carried out. Great great great service. The best service ever received from a mechanic service. Definitely going back if needed.
Amazing service, helpful, honest and flexible. Very difficult finding good mechanics out of state, and we got lucky with Ron and his team.
