Nice place
We had a 2024 Volvo go down on December 22, 2025. Every shop in the area said that they could not get the truck in for diagnostics for at least a week. Had the truck towed to the Manchester shop and after speaking with the service writer Gary, they went above and beyond in getting the truck in for repairs so our driver didn't have to spend the Holidays in a motel room. Can't thank them enough!
The company i work for does business with ballard regularly, it is easy to find off exit 2 off route 101 manchester, staff is very friendly, helpful, polite. Plenty of safe parking.
