Ballard Tree service came out today to trim some dead branches throughout my two trees that shade our porch and home. Hiram and the other two crew members did an excellent job and for a reasonable price! Thank you Ballard, Hiram and crew! I highly recommend Ballard!
Hiram and his crew arrived on time. He explained what they were going to do and they worked efficiently and quickly. When they were done they cleaned up the areas around the house. Hiram asked if I was satisfied with the work. I say A+ to a job well done. In this time when the words customer service are meaningless, it was a great to have a positive experience. Hooray to Hiram and the crew! Bravo to Ballard.
Excellent workers. They made our place look great were fast and efficient plus cleaned up afterwards. We would highly recommend them for any tree service.
I do not support cutting down trees. Read this review! We needed to have some trees trimmed that needed some attention badly . We got several quotes and went with theirs (not the cheapest). We wanted the trees to survive and thrive. I was also doing this remotely as I could not be there in person. I am so pleased, amazed really at how well the trees turned out. I will not have to shop around next time, will use them and highly recommend. Even if you have to cut one down.
Great job plus they went beyond what I expected.
