This was a great experience dealing with Ballard tree service. They arrived on time and greeted me with professionalism. The crew went to the Work area and was very cognizant and respectful of my property while the tree was removed. Once the tree was down the crew also Trimmed two more trees. The work area was clean and all tree limbs were removed. The crew of men that performed this service were Very professional and courteous. I am so pleased and fortunate That I called Ballard tree service. Many many thanks! 😊👍😊
Had a whole list of pretty difficult tree trimming around the house and our shed, including the removal of a pretty large pecan tree that died. You can’t even tell where the felled the tree and completely happy with the trimming. The crew was polite and professional as was Shawn, their estimator. Highly recommended!
Ballard Tree service came out today to trim some dead branches throughout my two trees that shade our porch and home. Hiram and the other two crew members did an excellent job and for a reasonable price! Thank you Ballard, Hiram and crew! I highly recommend Ballard!
Hiram and his crew arrived on time. He explained what they were going to do and they worked efficiently and quickly. When they were done they cleaned up the areas around the house. Hiram asked if I was satisfied with the work. I say A+ to a job well done. In this time when the words customer service are meaningless, it was a great to have a positive experience. Hooray to Hiram and the crew! Bravo to Ballard.
Excellent workers. They made our place look great were fast and efficient plus cleaned up afterwards. We would highly recommend them for any tree service.
