Borrower beware. If your lender is using them as counsel, they will charge you exorbitantly, not provide any type of back up to account for their billing and fail to be accountable. They will also tell you they will use their South Dakota office to save on legal expenses which is far from the truth. I would highly recommend you ask for other counsel!
