Ballard threw me a life line when we were desperate for a care giver to give us a nights sleep and keep our fall prone loved one safe! They did it with very little notice and no requirement to serve us. They could have just answered as several agencies on the mountain did with, "we have a waiting list" But no, Jordan went the second mile and found someone on very short notice. We had such an amazing experience with this company while they were helping take care of my mom. The caregivers and owners were kind and genuinely caring and it really meant a lot to our family to know our mom was in good hands. They were super understanding when things changed for us and always worked with our schedule and budget. The caregivers were warm, patient and treated my parent with so much respect.
