We had a small handrail added to our back steps and it turned out beautifully. From my first contact with Doug to the people who installed it I was very pleased with their professional service. I found the cost very reasonable as well

Ballard Ornamental Ironworks does great work. We have an older style home that needed rails on the front and back porch. Ballard Ornamental Ironworks produced and installed high quality, beautiful rails on our home. Exactly what we wanted. Their staff is wonderful to work with. We definitely recommend them.
We’ve used Ballard Ornamental Ironworks twice over the past 10 years. First for a custom front step railing and more recently for replacing the railing on our side porch stairs. Both times, the customer service and communication were excellent and highly professional. They provided clear design drawings to choose from, which made the process easy and seamless. Even though we live in California, they managed our West Seattle project flawlessly. Highly recommend for anyone looking for quality craftsmanship and great service!
