Ballard Ornamental Ironworks does great work. We have an older style home that needed rails on the front and back porch. Ballard Ornamental Ironworks produced and installed high quality, beautiful rails on our home. Exactly what we wanted. Their staff is wonderful to work with. We definitely recommend them.
We’ve used Ballard Ornamental Ironworks twice over the past 10 years. First for a custom front step railing and more recently for replacing the railing on our side porch stairs. Both times, the customer service and communication were excellent and highly professional. They provided clear design drawings to choose from, which made the process easy and seamless. Even though we live in California, they managed our West Seattle project flawlessly. Highly recommend for anyone looking for quality craftsmanship and great service!
We could not be more thrilled with the new custom railings that Ballard Ornamental created for our entryway steps! The whole process was extremely easy and the creation/installation was only a few weeks! We would absolutely use them again in the future.
BIG SWOON! The folks over at BOI did a FANTASTIC job on the design and installation of a gate off our porch. It matches the existing contemporary metalwork of our stairwell and railings — and the customer service was EXCEPTIONAL.
