These guys are the best. The keys they cut always work (unlike other places), they are friendly and flexible, and they know how to make every kind of key. They helped me create a new remote key fob at a much better price than the dealership. I literally won't go anywhere else to get my keys made.

I had the pleasure of meeting Bob on what could otherwise be considered a disastrous New Year’s Day. After calling around to a few different locksmiths in the area, Ballard Lock & Key stood out. Other locksmiths I called were rude or refused to be straightforward about prices or otherwise charged ridiculous fees. Bob was here quickly and he assured me that I’d be able to get back inside. These guys are amazing. Today I needed a couple of keys made. They met me in the parking lot of Safeway. It felt a bit like an illicit drug deal - look for the white van in the Safeway parking lot. He made keys for me a no time flat and didn't even charge me. This company is a class act. Looking forward to having them next to Ballard Licensing on Market soon!
Bob, the owner, gave THE best service I've ever had when comparing to ANY Form of service. He came and saved me from being locked out and re-keyed for the best price in town. Highly recommend local business!!
The phone number above is incorrect. The correct number is 783-6360. Ballard Lock & Key is great! I called them on short notice to re-key my entire house and they were there an hour later. They were professional and courteous and charge me less that I would have expected. My daughter, who has used them, too, says they were top notch.
