Apparently someone did not properly bill insurance so after trymake appointment we was rejected from ballance from 5 yrs ago which we was never billed or notified ever aboutjust goes to show these people care only about money im. Not sayn they should work for free but billing dept needs to do better 5 yrs ago really i would have been notified by now you had address n phone so thats all on you never was sent a bill you took insuance info so you should billed them or at least made me aware right

Dr. Ballard very easy to to deal with. She took her time to reassure me of my fears and worries and concerns. She had a gentle touch. Bedside manner 10! Knowledge and willingness to go the extra step to benefit my health 10! Will never see anyone else if possible .
She is the best. She is completely thorough. Her staff is pleasant and make it a comfortable experience.
