Went for a tour today the staff was really nice and helpful. Showed me all kinds of information.
I highly recommend the remote classes using zoom. They make it so convenient to exercise, and fun. The yoga and Silver Sneakers teachers are amazing.
My first personal training session with Larissa went very well. She clearly identified areas of improvement regarding my current mobility and gave a detailed on explanation on how to realistically meet my fitness goals. She even broke down the results from my initial in body scan and recommended ways to properly engage with my core. I will continue to recommended her to other friends that are looking for a personal trainer!
Great staff and great programs.
Been a member since 2021. Great community gym. Has all the amenities I need for cardio (including several rowing machines) and weight lifting. Friendly and helpful staff.
