After purchasing a $20k Arctic Cat from them, they won’t even return a call! Hubby has called twice in 2 weeks and left a specific message each time... NO return call. Butch went in and was asking about an accessory to buy and as soon as another couple came in, the guy helping him turned to those people, invited them to his desk and left Butch standing there. My next course of action is to contact Arctic Cat and let them know about the lack of any customer service at one of their dealers.
Made a deal with Tom Jr then he told me to go in on his day off to finish the deal got there and Tom Sr?!(he didn’t even give me his name) Was extremely rude didn’t want to give me the time of day and shot down the deal that was made without even looking at the trade that was a part of the deal! I was dumbfounded. Incredibly terrible experience. It’s dealerships like this that make all people cringe when walking into dealerships. Steer clear of Ballard golf cars and Powersports.

They’re all very friendly and the customer service was quick, professional, and always willing to make things work with your budget. Best golf cart shop in Hayden, ID hands down 🙌🏼
