We chose Ballard custom homes to do our 1,700 sqr foot addition last year. We were extremely happy with the decision. From concept and design to the quality of workmanship and professionalism of the crew, we had a great experience. I would recommend Jimmy Ballard to anyone considering a custom home build or renovation project. They were awesome!
We had a wonderful experience working with Ballard Custom Homes and couldn't be more pleased with our new home. From the framing to the final walk through the workmanship was of the highest quality. The team was attentive to detail, listened to us, and addressed any concerns. If they committed to do something they showed up on time and went over and above any expectations. To be at the end of a custom build and all that it evolves and still think Jimmy and his team are great says it all! I would highly recommend them!
I had a pleasure of working with Jimmy and Billy Ballard from Ballard Custom Homes on my complete home remodel of nearly 8000 square feet. They worked closely with my architect on updating every bedroom, kitchen and bathroom in the home. I really appreciated the complete flexibility over the project, as we changed many of the design aspects during the remodel.
