We did a custom full home renovation with Ballard Homes. It was an older house with several challenges. The team worked through the issues, they had a great attention to detail and workmanship, and we are very please with the transformation and how it turned out. We now have a beautiful modern home and would definitely recommend Ballard Homes.

We purchased a home from Ballard and took possession on April 29, 2024. We couldn't be more pleased. The quality of the construction and finishing is excellent. The home included features that typically come at additional cost even with higher end builders (heated floors in all bathrooms, stamped concrete, oversize sliding doors, transom windows, oversized showers, exterior wood accents, full landscaping, etc.).
