I have only been to one dentist and that was in Mexico but can’t make it there every 6 months so I looked for a dentist in the U.S and found Ballard and there is way too many good things I could say but this would be a novel by that point!!! Thank you to Dr Sutton and Shepard and to my hygienist Erin y’all are the best and will definitely recommend this place to anyone and everyone best dentist experience ever!!!!
After having a bad experience at my previous dental office, it was nice to have a dentist listen to my concerns. The hygienist was super sweet. Thanks for a great visit!
Dr Shepard was very welcoming and very thorough in explaining everything to me and made sure I understood all of my concerns, and the hygienist and front desk treatment coordinator were very friendly and supportive!
First time visit and Tarah was simply outstanding!! Dr. Sutton was very professional!!
Staff was very considerate and helpful. Everything was thoroughly explained to me throughout the process. Maria even went to the extra mile to add numbing gel to the inflamed area of my gums before a cleaning and polishing them. Ive never had that kind of attention to detail at any dentist.
