I returned a purchase over a month ago (4/28/2025), and I’m still waiting for my refund (5/30/25). The item was received by the company (I have tracking confirmation), yet there’s been no follow-up and absolutely no communication from customer service unless I reach out first. Went looking for sofas there, as my mother has many pieces from Ballard currently in her home. We were in the store for well over 10 mins before we were greeted, and even then it was just a quick "Welcome in." There were two women seated at computers in the center of the store, and we spent a lot of time in that general vicinity, including walking past where they were sitting to get to the opposite side of the store.
