I've ordered multiple items through Felicity at this location and she was easy to work with, knowledgeable about all BD products, and got back to me if she needed to follow up on a question I had. Great customer service!
Walked into the store today March 28th at around 1pm ET, and had the most odd experience. We were admiring the furniture and sat down, mind you no sign saying you cannot sit, and an employee approaches us, looks at us, nods, and walks away with no words exchanged. Now I’ve wanted to purchase items through the on line website because I often see beautiful items on this particular YouTube home show, but after this interaction or lack of welcome, doesn’t seem like a great place to spend my money.
Very disappointing customer service I canceled an online order correctly and received confirmation, yet weeks later I was contacted by Ballard’s Account Team claiming my payment was declined and even threatening collections. This was a system error on their end.
