This past weekend my one year old daughter hit her head. Her mother and I rushed out the door and was heading to the ER and only made it to LA oasis gas station when my daughter began throwing up and going in and out of consciousness. Delayed response to my house. I live in LA Center. We had to call them twice for a 1 year old who hit her head and had a serious concussion on April 12. The parent was crying and wanted to ride in the back with his daughter, who was scared and seriously hurt. He agreed to ride up front. Ballard RMS response was to call the police who were waiting at the hospital and surrounded the ambulance.
