A nightmare Repairs took longer than promised, wrong part was ordered, paperwork was lost, and the owner was rude and walked out of the room instead of fixing the problem. Told me they were too busy (but obviously not too busy to take the money...) Ended up spending extra $ on the rental as a result and lost hours from work. no hassles! (1 blk. east of Ballard bridge on Leary way) My car was hit and run while parked in my parking spot at home. There was significant damage. CSI worked with me and my time frame. They had my car back to me in better than new condition in just a few days (even though they had to order a part). They contacted Enterprise and got me a rental car through my insurance and I was on my way.
