With all this recent rain, Has contributed to a high water table and I got water in my basement for the first time in 23 years. I called Barry for help he had taken a change in his schedule so he came out found an obstruction in daylight drain between outlet and check valve once cleared, The water Flow increased. I had never needed a sump pit or pump in my house. I reached out to Barry back in the summer to inquire about doing some work and he came out within a few days to assess the project. He was very honest and upfront about the work and the price and we agreed on a date about two months out. He reach out sooner than the agreed upon date and asked if he could start the project the following week. I said absolutely and he was out at the house the following Monday. Top notch experience working with Barry and his team at Ballard and Son Construction. We had an egress window installed in our basement, and from the start Barry was responsive, timely, and exceptionally knowledgeable. He made some great suggestions for our project and we could not be happier with how it turned out.
