This outfit did a great job. They adjusted all the cabinet doors in my house. Also guided me on a renovation that I will have them quote on a later date.
I paid Ballard and Son over $3400 for a cabinet job that was supposed to take 2 weeks.. It has now been over 16 weeks and they have provided me with nothing. After following up once a month and expressing my concerns that it was taking too long Daniel (the owner) stopped all communication by phone and has refused a refund, refused me to collect the materials, and I believe I am simply being scammed. I highly recommend finding a different contractor.
First let me say that this contractor does nice work....when he comes to work. He said this job would take approximately 1 week and its now 11 weeks out and he's walked off the job. He worked 2-3 days a week. We had contracts and agreed on prices and terms of payment. Then he started asking for cash so he could avoid PayPal fees. I want others to know my BAD experience with "Ballard And Sons". I learned of this company on this site from the wife of the contractor Ballard and Sons. We hired Daniel Ballard to build our patio. After we paid him the final payment he never completed the final touch-ups as promised. He then quit responding to my husband's text and calls. After 2 months of continuous attempt to get ahold of him to complete the finishing touch ups, he calls my husband cursing him out to leave him alone and he was done with us.
