I have used Ballarat Window Repairs twice now and both times Ben's work has been exceptional. Both times Ben has been professional, responsive, reliable and able to get the work done quickly. I will continue to use Ben and highly recommend him to anyone needing window repairs.
I can't recommend Ben highly enough. Absolutely expert at what he does, Ben is calm, professional, fast, and so easy to work with. Ben took on an extremely fiddly and involved project for me and struck exactly the right balance between practicality and pragmatism on the one hand and respect for the intricate heritage details of my windows on the other. His guidance and advice on how to approach the restoration was fantastic and I thoroughly enjoyed working with him.
Very impressed with the team at ballarat window repairs !!!! Ben came and quoted job and price was very reasonable, i had my sash windows serviced and they are working amazing now . Im very happy now there is no more drafts and they lock !!!! Yay so happy !!!!
Ben has just repaired the sash windows in our miner's cottage. He did an amazing job and we couldn't be happier. He is incredibly skilled with excellent attention to detail. Thank you Ben!
