I can't recommend Ben highly enough. Absolutely expert at what he does, Ben is calm, professional, fast, and so easy to work with. Ben took on an extremely fiddly and involved project for me and struck exactly the right balance between practicality and pragmatism on the one hand and respect for the intricate heritage details of my windows on the other. His guidance and advice on how to approach the restoration was fantastic and I thoroughly enjoyed working with him.

Ben quickly identified where the water was getting in and didn't even charge for a quick repair.Also responded quickly. I will definitely get Ben back to do any future heritage window work I need.
