We made a last-minute booking and Ray was incredibly helpful throughout the process. We had the entire entry area to ourselves, which made for a very private and relaxing experience. It was my first time visiting, but it certainly won’t be my last. The space was warm, comfortable, quiet, and peaceful—an absolute gem of a Ballarat business. Five stars!
