Awful customer service and dishonest practices. We travelled 2.5 hours after confirming a drive-away price with Neil, only to be told a different price when we sat down to finalise payment. Despite multiple confirmations, they tried to increase the cost for roadworthy and refused to honour the agreed deal. Another staff member bluntly told us “take it or leave it,” so we left. There should be a no star option to rate places like this. It is not a dealership with sales people, It is a circus with a bunch of clowns. Me and my wife travelled 2.5 hours by train to buy a car for her, which the drive away price was agreed on before two days by a phone call with Neil. We told them that we are not coming to Ballarat if that is not the drive away price. I bought a used VW T-Roc from these guys and I can't recommend them highly enough. Great car, knowledgeable and friendly staff and a fair deal. Well worth the trip up from Melbourne to buy from them.
