I have seen Robert Forsyth several times and he is so incompetent and unprofessional. I felt that he never listens. I had to go to Melbourne for another opinion. They got me to go in for a flexible cystoscopy, and straight away the issue was found. I had to go in for surgery. If Forsyth had done his job properly, I wouldn't be writing this. I do not recommend this clinic.
Rob, Richard, Lachie and the team are fantastic. As a regular sufferer of kidney stones and renal colic I visit the clinic and hospital a lot. The urologists are professional, listen to all of my questions and take the action they feel is best. A special mention to Rob Forsyth who takes such good care of me, and is such a comforting presence before surgery and when in consultation.

Yes they could not care less they were fine when I was paying money as soon as I asked to pay last procedure off they Just Dumped me on waiting list at Ballarat hospital And didn’t send referral like the Rude reception staff said they did so had to get them to do this sorry not everyone can afford Private healthcare like your policy is now You don’t care for patients at all So sorry to be a pain to you and ask to pay something off And don’t expect to get called back when your told they will they don’t Very Disappointed and y... read more
I have bad experience with reception staff called Debbi. Rude abrupt and disrespectful to my profession as a local doctor who send many referrals to this clinic and me needed help for a personal matter . She care less because I don’t have a private insurance. I reassured Debi I was happy to be self paying I added that was instructed by one of the consultants to book an appointment but Debi careless and said it doesn’t make difference.
