I was just using their service for Amazon returns, but the staff were super friendly and helpful. If I DO ever need trailer stuff in future I'll be coming here.
Fantastic service. We popped in at 45mins to closing to buy an adjustable tow hitch. The guy behind the counter couldn't have been more helpful and was very knowledgeable. He pointed us to the most suitable option for our needs and also helped us swap over the towball and install the new hitch. Very friendly, helpful and efficient!
Had been having levelling issues on our caravan so dropped in for some advice and hopefully a fix to our problem. Couldn't have been more pleased, Dillon looked after us and got us back on the road quickly with a much smoother ride. His advice showed he knows his stuff and he is very customer and solution focussed.
