I recently used Ballarat Trade Services to get some paving done. The work was appalling. Not one paver was level, concrete was smeared over pavers that he’d cracked and I was told I would be charged extra if I wanted that redone. My messages, with photos of the work, to the owner of BTS, have been ignored. Very poor way to run a business. I’ll never use them again. One star is too generous, but I can’t post without it.
Great on the day service which fixed our leaking shower mixer. Also applied some waterproofing in wall to seal the final work which provided piece of mind. Great quality work!
