Would definitely not deal with this mob. Could not even get a reasonable response with my request for a quote on inverter and batteries. Took repeated phone calls and weeks and weeks for any response, it was like pulling teeth. And even after all that, didn’t even get a quote for what I requested. I’m guessing it was because it was a small job, but small jobs lead to bigger jobs, as I’m undertaking a new build this year, which would involve a full off grid system. I’ve been waiting for 5 months to hear back for a quote only to find out they entered my details wrong and now that I finally got a quote they have stopped replying to my emails. I recommend going somewhere else like I have that wants your money.
Highly recommend Ballarat Solar Panels. Both Nick and Luke have been excellent to deal with and have been more than happy to answer any questions we have had throughout the process. We have installed a fully off grid solar and battery system with generator. They not only tailored a system to our budget and also with our adjusted timeline.
