5-star service from Andy and Jake! They tackled the tough job of moving our piano up a hill with ease—safe, smooth, and stress-free. Super professional, friendly, and made us feel at ease right away. Ended up being charged double(!!) than what I was originally quoted because of poor time management on the removalists behalf. When I questioned it, I was told it was because they had to leave for another job and bring in more people to finish mine.... not my mistake or responsibility to have to cough up extra just because they were disorganised. The two young guys were friendly enough, but underprepared - I had to lend them my tools to take furniture apart. Overall a stressful and less than average experience.
