DO NOT GO WITH BRE FOR ANY PROPERTY RELATED SERVICES. We had a really disappointing experience with Damian and his team. From the start, they made us feel confident they could sell our property at the price they themselves suggested. But once things got going, that all changed. Instead of sticking to what they promised, we were constantly pushed to lower the price — and eventually told to just take the property off the market - Totally misleading - Not surprised that they have many outstanding cases with VCAT. Unfortunately, my experience with Damian Larkin from Ballarat real estate was deeply disappointing. Before speaking anything much about his capabilities as an agent, I can confidently say he lacks basic human decency and courtesy and is HIGHLY UNPROFESSIONAL.
