I’m so impressed with the Doctor and Nurses we saw today. My daughter had to have her earring removed after it became infected and the care received was fantastic. Any type of needle brings high anxiety and complete fear and they responded with care and compassion. Great service for Ballarat!
I’ve worked as an emergency health care professional for nearly 20 years, so for me to choose to seek additional medical care is usually a carefully considered and calculated decision, especially since I live 60km from ballarat. One i found it i had a wonderful experience. I had brought a book to read because any place like this in Adelaide you would be waiting for hours. I was seen within 10 minutes and it the door in 30. Excellent staff, non judgemental and friendly.
Staff were lovely but the nurse needs to go back to nursing school. You DO NOT put sterile gloves on to clean surgical wounds and then touch random things, like opening drawers.
