Reading the reviews you can understand why the Base ED is still packed with people. I can handle a doc that doesn't make eye contact, but the rudeness of the staff, dismissive attitude and no empathy makes you question why they work with people. Our experience wasn't the best today and the patient was a 9yo. I'd probably just go back to the base hospital and get proper advice and help.

Admin and nurse staff were fantastic, dr was condescending, disregarded health concerns and medications that affect other present conditions when other medications were available. Went elsewhere as I don't have a regular GP(new to the area) and got the help I needed. Turns out what the dr said I had wasn't the case at all.
