When the trainee drs have better bed side manners and patient awareness than the dr in charge... The attitude and coercion I received for requesting a topical antibiotic over oral due to a severe digestive disease and going off my previous GP's advice from another state to avoid orals where possible as they can cause debilitating flare ups for months and even years after having them is valid and for the dr to intentionally prescribe the most expensive topical ($74...) for a broke homeless person is just terrible medical prac... read more

The wait wasn't bad, seats were comfy, staff were very helpful. They patched my knee up without any extra pain, and set me up for a good recovery

Terrible….. I went in for 3rd degree burns, that was blistering, swollen and super painful. Upon arrival, reception staff felicity was lovely and helpful. I waited 2 hours to see the doctor, which was understandable as it was quite busy. When I finally saw the Doctor, I explained the situation and how much pain I was in. The doctor didn’t even bother to check my arms, chest and shoulders where the burns were. He said he can’t do anything for it and just put sunblock on over the top of it. Brilliant service. Recognised that we would need an xray so got us in and out to the radiologist in about 10 minutes. This was the definition of excellent service!
