I think some of the people working there are illiterate. A family member has to keep spelling their name to them and somehow they still cannot get the spelling correct. It has been spelled out and written on a piece of paper multiple times, yet the staff here still get it wrong.
Great place to see a doctor rather than having to go to the emergency department if it's not life threatening. But sure they would take care of you anyway.

i like thank you nurses and doctors for last night i had accidentat work i was very happy to get seen to .it make it is easy the on the Ballart base emergency apartment it was bit off long wait more ppl and kids come in but i think it only one dr on at time we got there i think should more dr at night time like 3 dr on kids get impatient off time waiting a aound or see this kids fist but offer all i would go back see than keep up good work and care
