This place is a gem. Stayed 2 nights in a 3 bedroom apartment with a bedroom each and 2 bathrooms. Beautifully decorated and quality fittings throughout. Very comfortable beds, loved everything about it.
Stayed for two nights in Room 11 with myself and three other guests in May 2025 (Winter) Check in was seamless, pre arrival information was presented comprehensively. On arrival the apartment everything was prepared for our stay. Highly recommend for anyone planning a stay in Ballarat, two nights was not enough!
I stayed on the 22/4 and checked in after hour at room 9, at night I find it out the bathroom light is not working, I called the owner for assist, he told me he can’t do anything at night, and I paid $304 dollars to stay there without light. And next day I call the owner again ask for solution, he refused to do so.
