The receptionist I have dealt with on my back nerve and spine issue is rude, is only interested in whether I can afford to see their surgeon or not, and does not have any care whatsoever to a patient's considerations to see their specialists which a GP has referred to. Seems to be gatekeeping. If I could, I could just staty away but will see how it all goes.
I had a disappointing experience with this clinic. I called approximately a week before my appointment to cancel and reschedule, and this was confirmed over the phone. On the day of the original appointment, I received several missed calls while I was at work. When I returned the call, Luke Blunden acknowledged that the cancellation had not been updated in their system and told me I would not be charged a late cancellation fee.
