I have seen Dr de Villiers regarding my fall on christmas day .2025. I went to emergency where they did a xray and CT scan . After having my cast on for 6 weeks my hand is not healed I cannot do anything with my wrist and they are ignoring my phone number when it shows not answering and won't ask Dr de Villiers to please check my CT at hospital and possibly request a new one before my next appointment . I get up in the dark for work, and come home in the dark from work, taking precious time off, losing money to see someone only to have them cancel 40 minutes before the appointment. Not only would I have to pay out a %50 fee for canceling a day prior, all I get is ‘sorry mate I can’t do anything’. I understand, but it’s also not acceptable.
