My Nanna seen David Mitchell last Monday for a final review. He was very disrespectful to her because she had accidentally forgotten to put her hearing aides in prior to the appointment. When she asked him politely to speak a bit louder because she didn’t have her hearing aides in, he replied “why did you bother to come?”. I’m absolutely disgusted at the lack of compassion and care he showed to my Nanna.
