This place has been like my second home since 2007. George is simply amazing and I credit my life to him. Must say I cannot believe the 2 star review due to appointment delays. I'm sorry but I would wait a whole day plus to see George. Why sometimes the long wait. Simple George never ever rushes you in and out. He listens to you and explains everything in great detail. All the staff are extremely helpful and the oncology nurses are fantastic.
Hello In regards to the waiting time. Yes the wait is true but George was upfront with this from day 1 that this would be the case. I accepted it. I am indebted to George and totally accept this aspect of his business
Can’t understand why every appointment is 2-4hrs behind schedule. Very frustrating having to wait 2-4hrs when you take time off work and have to travel long distances. The onus to call and check delay time is pushed on to the clients, which is very poor service given the consultation fee. Two stars go the the Oncologists, they are very good, but the endless waiting is terrible.
