This dealership doesn’t do any servicing at present. I’m finding this with quite a few dealers now. I was going to buy a new bike this week but now I’ll go elsewhere unfortunately.
Completely hopeless. Assured on monday id have new tyres by the weekend, absolutely no problem. Ring wednesday, assured dont have them yet but will still be good by the weekend. Ring thursday and have to actually ask him to chase them up, get a call back that they wont have them until the next Tuesday. Wasted a week, couldve got it done anywhere else in a couple of days. Called to get some information regarding tyres. Was supposed to hear back the next day, but never heard back. Now every time I try to call, it answers and hangs straight up🤷♂️
