Clean tidy my air-conditioner is noisy room 105.close to parkland and Eureka Museum swimming centre bus stop right out front.we are probably 2kms from city centre ,there is couple of takeaways close also an Italian restaurant close by and attached there is a coffee and food also liquor takeaway
Manli and her staff were really friendly and helpful. They even had the heater on before our arrival! Rooms were very clean, lovely comfy beds, lots of extra blankets. We had to cancel my parents room, due to illness, a couple of days prior and Manli was considerate and fully refunded us. The place was clean and quiet. The room had toaster and tea/coffee making as well as biscuits. Overall, I would highly recommended to anyone coming to Ballarat.
