Booked using booking.com it was showing that breakfast is including. But came to know that it’s not including after reached the motel. Very disappointing. Please update if not providing breakfast

Merci beaucoup au monsieur de l'accueil, il a été très poli, très gentil et bienveillant avec nous. Nous avons pris une chambre à la dernière minute pour le soir, et cela a été parfait, très propre, très facile d'accès. Rien a dire. Merci à nouveau à ce monsieur car j'avais oublié mes lunettes dans la chambre et j'ai pu les récupérer facilement grâce à lui.

Cabin was not in good condition. Flyscreens were missing or broken thus insects could enter through bathroom where there is an opening that can't be shut. Couldn't watch television as the signal was too poor to give a picture for very long, was not fixed by manager after an attempt to rectify. Bed linen was not clean and upset children that had to sleep in the beds. Also, mattress was torn and fraying on top bunk. We stayed there with family during Christmas time for 3 nights & were really satisfied with the service that they provided. The rooms amazing 5 star level, clean & tidy, everything overall is fantastic. The staff is really welcoming nature & very helpful. Great location with huge parking & looks to be very busy whole time of the year. Unbeatable with pricing compared to other accommodations in Ballarat area.
