Terrible phone call with manager she was rude and uncaring.
I would give a 0 if possible. I am only giving 1 star to the incredible work that the housekeeping staff had done during my stay, the room was always spotless and the beds were made amazingly. The manager at this hotel was awful. I witnessed her yelling at staff which made me feel disgusted. Another male staff member was wearing a shirt supporting Donald Trump which is just so embarrassing and disgusting for all reasons. 因为朋友在从墨尔本回阿德莱德的途中出了车祸，我临时从墨尔本赶过去支援，处理完已是深夜十一点。幸好前台很热情，特地开门接待了我。房间干净整洁，床很舒服，可以洗澡，不过需要自备洗漱用品。早餐虽不算丰富，但足够吃饱。整体沟通顺利，入住体验也很愉快。
