Good size apartments for two couples, note second bed is only a double, bed was ok but poor pillows very uncomfortable. Good appliances, laundry is in the shared bathroom. Urgently Needs a dishwasher. Looks great from the outside. Inside is good but not great. Also needs proper paintings / prints, not the tacky Ballarat prints cheap and nasty.
The price is good. But if there's an inconsiderate family with undisciplined children who think the central courtyard is a play space they can run, scream and rip the flowers off bushes, the experience may be somewhat diminished. The furniture is also in need of a bit of an update to enhance comfort.
Extremely great and helpful service.
